- Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Bizzing Bea Baby Emporium ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Bizzing Bea Baby Emporium ships merchandise to Canada, for all other international locations please inquire. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Bizzing Bea Baby Emporium is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
- Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Bizzing Bea Baby Emporium reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Returns are at the discretion of the store owner, please use the contact us tab to inquire about return eligibility. Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Refunds given will be less any shipping paid by Bizzing Bea Baby.Please be sure to contact us prior to shipping back any returns or exchanges. We recommend you insure your return package as we are not liable for any packages that are lost in the mail.
If items were shipped in error they will be replaced and corrected at Nature Bumz Co.'s expense. We will pay the shipping for you to have the item shipped back to us and pay for the shipping of the correct item to be sent to you. If an item is missing, we will send out your item in a new package at no additional cost to you.
Orders that are canceled after being processed but before being shipped will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. You may choose to receive a full refund by choosing in store credit.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on most new, unused, unwashed, unworn merchandise, still in its original packaging. Used, sale items, clearance items or final sale items cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns of items with pet hair, odor, smoke, perfume, etc.
IN STOCK ITEMS: Orders of in stock items may be canceled prior to shipping, but once an order is being processed, we can not cancel. If you do cancel, you will receive a store credit for the order amount, which you can use on a future purchase. You may choose to not receive store credit and you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS: Please pre-order carefully, as we can't guarantee any changes to your order (sizes and colors may not be available later, there are limited quantities). If you have any questions about sizing or color, please contact us before pre-ordering. Pre-order delivery dates are estimates. If there are manufacturing delays, we will post a notification on our Facebook page. All pre-orders are final sales and can not be cancelled or returned. Exceptions to this include wrong item shipped or defective merchandise.
Our manufacturers and the staff at Bizzing Bea Baby do our best to ensure every item is free of defects. However, sometimes an item has a manufacturer defect. Defective items are handled on a case by case basis, as several of our manufacturers deal with defects themselves. We may refer you to them once we evaluate the issue. If you need the manufacturer's contact information, please email us for assistance.
**Due to the natural material of the Baltic Amber jewelry, returns will be taken on a case by case basis. You MUST inspect the jewelry upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product to request a return for store credit.
